When we purchased the site in Bexleyheath, the original planning was for a large 4 bedroom detached property. To unlock the full site's potential we worked with our architects to design a new scheme and submitted plans for a pair of 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. This also follows T A Homes ethos of creating 'Normal Houses for Normal People'.

To our delight, our amended planning application was approved and works began straight away. The new build would be a timber frame structure with traditional brickwork. We wanted the interior to look modern as we feel these properties would be most attractive to young professionals looking to shorten their commute to London.

The development is now complete and both properties are sold.
