How The Process Works
1. Legal Agreement
We will require initial information regarding your land to conduct our desktop study. We will then arrange a date for an on-site meeting.
If we feel that there is development potential for your land, we will discuss the possibilities and what services we can provide. We will underwrite a legal agreement, setting out the terms and conditions for the proposed land purchase.
Once the Legal Agreement has been signed by both parties, we will start the process of obtaining planning permission to unlock the sites full potential.
2. Planning Application Submitted
Before we submit a planning application, our team of experts will carry out surveys on the land and will conduct a development viability report. We work closely with architects to ensure the proposed design is maximizing the site and it is in keeping with the surrounding area.
Every project is different, but we will aim to submit a planning application within 2 -3 months of the legal agreement being signed.
3. Land Sale
Once planning permission has been achieved, Thomas Alfred Homes will complete the purchase of your land as to the terms of the Legal Agreement.
